Our Vision
Our Board |
The FWD Foundation began with the original Machine Shop (the site of our Machine Shop Historic Museum) where mechanics Otto Zachow and William Besserdich invented and patented the first successful four wheel drive concept automobile.
|
In 2016, the FWD Foundation acquired our second building on 15th Street in Clintonville, WI (the FWD Seagrave Museum & Vehicles location) to allow for additional displays/exhibits and space indoors for over 80 trucks. While FWD/Seagrave trucks are the main focus, we do display other rare trucks.
Our museum is also a research and archival resource library. We are excited about the direction we are going and would enjoy having you visit both the Machine Shop Museum and the FWD Seagrave Museum. |
